Betty L. Drake

Betty L. Drake, 74 of Middletown died Friday, March 22, 2013 at Otterbein of Middletown. She was born in Breathitt County, Ky. on May 26, 1938 to parents Ernest & Golden (Fletcher) King.Betty was a loving mother of six and a member of Yankee Road First Church of God. She is survived by two sons: Finley (Theresa) Drake, Jr. Danny (Jennifer Jordan) Drake, four daughters; Dona (Dan) Jones, Carolyn (Bill) Blistan, Connie (Jon) Stiles, Vickie Rapp; eleven grandchildren; Erin Rachel Rapp, Ethan Drake, Karter Drake, Raylan Drake, Bobbie Blistan, Beth (James) Cabiran, Tommy Rapp II, Terrence Rapp, Andrea Rapp, Bryce Miller, Hailey Miller; three brothers; Arnold (Ruth) King, Forrest (Dixie) King, Carl (Heidi) King; one sister Nevelyn ( Denver) Hembree; and numerous nieces & nephews. Betty was preceded in death by three brothers; Wilgus, Clyde and Ernest King, Jr. and a sister Wilma Morris. Visitation Tuesday from 5:00 pm to 8:00pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. Funeral Services Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 10:00 am at Yankee Road First Church of God, Rev. Kevin Collins officiating. Interment at Butler County Memorial Park. A special thanks to Hospice of Miami Valley and Otterbein of Middletown for their care of Betty.
