Bill W. Smith, 39, of Fort Ritner, Indiana, passed away as a result of an accident, on December 31, 2005 . He was born in Fresno, California on January 14, 1966 to parents Gene and Linda (Jones) Smith. He was a Well Driller for Reynolds Incorporated where he worked for 14 years. He had played football for and was a graduate of Middletown High School. Bill enjoyed being in the outdoors.He is survived by two sons: Christopher Smith, Daniel Smith; and their mother Regina Smith of Middletown; father Gene(Phyllis) Smith of Middletown; mother Linda Smith; five brothers: Charles (Jenny) Smith of Middletown, Mike (Lisa) Smith of Goshen, Bob (Pam) Lundy of West Chester, Mike Lundy of Middletown, Paul (Patti) Lundy of Franklin; Girlfriend, Wendy Combs of Fort Ritner, IN; Grandmother, Ann Hopkins of Carson City, NV; two uncles: Jerry Smith of Bakersfield, CA, Ray Hopkins of Dayton, NV; and an aunt, Joan Hoffman of Middletown.Funeral Service will be held Thursday, January 5, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home with Deacon Bill Krumm officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 4, 2006 from 5-8 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, OH. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bill Smith Memorial Fund c/o 5/3 Bank, 915 Elliot Dr., Middletown, OH 45044.
