Catherine Bruggeman

Catherine Bruggeman, 69, of Middletown, died on June 26, 2026, at Bethesda North Hospital. She was born on October 14, 1956, in Middletown, OH to Jerry and Charlotte (Rowe) Harkrader.

She was a proud Nana to 8 grandchildren.

Catherine is survived by her mother, Charlotte Harkrader Nenni; daughters, Meghan (Glenn) Bruggeman, Amy (Grant) Shova and Emily (Joe) Korfhagen; brothers, Tommy (Lisa) Harkrader, Mike (Laurie) Harkrader and Rob Harkrader and 8 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Harkrader; husband, Thomas M. Bruggeman; brother, Butch Harkrader and son, Andrew Bruggeman.

Visitation will be Monday, June 29, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Spaulding Funeral Home & Crematory, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, OH.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown, OH, with Father John Civille officiating.

Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Toys for Tots, Gift Processing Administrator, 18251 Quantico Gateway Drive, Triangle, VA 22172-1776.
