Cathy Janeway

Cathy Janeway, 60, of Middletown, died Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. She was born in Middletown to parents Dick and Ruth (Force) Gold.

Cathy worked for Kroger for 35 years, retiring in 2012. She was a member of Holy Family Parish.

Mrs. Janeway is survived by her husband, Steve Janeway; son, Brandon Janeway; brother, Bob Gold; sisters, Jane Gold & Maryruth (Tony) Gerstner & step-mother, Catherine F. Gold.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Rick Gold; and beloved dog, Boston.

Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 12:00 - 1:00 pm at church. Inurnment of cremains will be at St. Mary's in Alexandria, Kentucky at a later date.
