Charles L. Mcconnell

Charles L. McConnell, 77, of Middletown, died Friday, December 22, 2006 at Middletown Regional Hospital. He was born in Middletown on November 16, 1929 to parents O. Houston & Hannah (Ison) McConnell.

Mr. McConnell was a self-employed business owner in the Middletown area.

Charles is survived by his wife, Betty (Specht) McConnell of Middletown; two sons, David McConnell and Ed (Keri Booth) McConnell, both of Middletown; daughter, Deborah Strawser of Bainbridge; three grandchildren, Russell Strawser, Martin Strawser, and Ashley McConnell; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert McConnell.

A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, December 28, 2006 at 1:00 PM at Hickory Flat Cemetery in St. Clair Township. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening at 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.).
