Mr. DeWitt is survived by his wife, Pamela (Akins) DeWitt; children, Christina DeWitt, Christian DeWitt & Callie DeWitt; mother, Harriet DeWitt; brother, Harry DeWitt; sister, Marilyn Brown; grandchildren, William Wright & Ava Steward; and best friends, George Wroot & Andrew Tyler.
