Constance L. "Connie" Chupka

Constance L. "Connie" Chupka, 87, of Franklin, died on October 25, 2026 at Otterbein-Middletown. She was born on March 24, 1939 in Cheviot, OH to John A. and Mildred (Hahn) Neal.

She was valedictorian of the class of 1957 of Carlisle High School. She worked for NCR, Armco and Miami University. Later in life she attended Miami University and was chosen as Non-Traditional Student of the Year, 1987. Connie enjoyed provided a loving home for her family.

Constance is survived by her sons, Greg Chupka and Tim Chupka; nephews, Jeff Neal, Chris Willls and Ryan Chupka; niece, Tina Pierson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David E. Chupka; brother, John P. Neal and niece, Tara Neal.

Crypt Front Service will be Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Woodside Mausoleum, 1401 Woodside Blvd. Middletown, OH 45044 with Father John Civille officiating.
