Darlene Turner-Smith, 64, of Camden, died Friday, January 4, 2013, at her home. She was born in Middletown on October 17, 1948 to parents Joe and Gertrude (Mobley) Turner.
Darlene worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Middletown Regional Hospital and DaVita Dialysis Center in Monroe.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Al Smith; children, Laurale Holcomb, Joseph (Dawn) Conrad, Carla Roberts, Kimberly (Mark) Schul & Albert Lee (Lynn) Smith; 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and many other loving family & friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 7, 2013 at 12:00 Noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Tony Curtis officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
