David A. Moorhead, 36, of Lemon Township, died Monday, March 12, 2018. He was born in Middletown on December 22, 1981.
David is survived by his mother & stepfather Dana K. & Rickey Bragg; brother, Jason Moorhead; sisters, Kelly K. (Rodney) Reupert, Amber Renee (Kenneth) Trochelman & Linda Kuba; niece, Kara Trochelman; nephews, Patrick Enright, Connor Enright & Austun Trochelman; girlfriend, Rochel Fields; and his four-legged companion, Sadie.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Moorhead.
Funeral Service will be held Friday, March 16, 2018 at 7:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.
