David R. Warrick, 67, of Middletown, passed away at Atrium Medical Center on Saturday, November 30, 2024. He was born on October 8, 1957 in Middletown to parents, Russell & Margaret (Bailey) Warrick.
David worked for many years in the concrete industry. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
David is survived by his brother, Andy Warrick; sister, Vivian Warrick; half-sisters, Betty Quigley & Faye Ennis; and companion, Carmen Wagner.
He was preceded in death by parents and half-sister, Brenda Coffey.
Graveside Service will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024 at 10:00 am at Woodside Cemetery & Arboretum (section 29), 1401 Woodside Blvd, Middletown with Father John Civille officiating.
