Donna S. Neal, 68, of Middletown, died on March 28, 2026 at Majestic Care of Middletown. She was born on Monday, April 8, 1957 in Middletown, OH to Donel and Freda (Dixon) Riley.

Donna is survived by her mother, Freda Riley; son, Nicholas Neal; sister, Patty Hearlihy; sister, Mary (John) Cinadr; brother, Paul Riley and several grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donel Riley; husband Gregory Neal; son, Donald William Neal; sister-in-law, Georgia Riley; brother-in-law, Mike Hearlihy.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Interment will be at Simonson Chapel Cemetery.
