Edna Leopold Davis

Edna Leopold Davis, age 88 of Middletown died on Friday morning at Garden Manor Retirement Village. Edna was a member of Holy Family Parish-Holy Trinity Church. She was manager of the Perry & Derrick Paint store; she retired in 1983, after ten years of service. She had also worked at the Anchor Restaurant as a waitress.

Edna is survived by a son Thomas E. Leopold, Ocala, Fl., a daughter Shirley Jones, Middletown, six grandchildren Steve Helsinger, Chris Jones, Tami Agee, Vickie Marshall, Michael Leopold, Angela Leopold; four great-grandchildren, Tiffany Marshall, Daniel & Brittany Helsinger, Cody Leopold. A niece Sharon Swanger, Franklin, Oh a son-in-law Richard Jones, Middletown.

She was preceded in death by her parents James Frederick and Bessie Jeanette (Karns) Leopold. A brother Fred Leopold, and a sister Betty Reed.

Funeral service Tuesday at 10:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Father John Civille officiating. Visitation Monday from 5-8 pm at the funeral home. Interment at Woodside Cemetery.
