Frances S. Folsom, 86, of Monroe, died Sunday, December 29, 2013, at her residence.
Ms. Folsom is survived by her sons, Todd H. (Pam) Folsom & Kirk (Janette) Folsom; 4 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Scott Folsom; parents; and sister, Peg Cummans.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
