Harlan Kiser

Harlan Kiser, 75, of Middletown, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017, at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. Harlan retired from Armco Steel after 25 years with the company. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a member of Yankee Road Church of God.

Mr. Kiser is survived by his siblings, George W. (Marianne) Kiser, Deloris Randall & Arlene (Jerry) Williams; sister-in-law, Doris (Danny) Oney; and many other special friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ernestine (Oney) Kiser in 1999; parents, Jason & Lula Kiser; and sister, Erma Jo Weaver.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 11, 2017 from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown with services at 12:00 with Reverend Kevin Collins officiating. Interment will be at Bethel Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
