J Gauge Paul Fields, infant son of Jesse J and Jessica M. (Fresquez) Fields, died Sunday, October 18, 2009, at Arrow Springs Medical Center.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by grandparents, Frank & Kimberly McGucken and Paul & Krista Fresquez; great grandparents, Mary Clifton, Mack Fields, Peter J. Dorman and Nancy Dorman-Smith; uncles, Travis Fresquez, Jacob Fields and Alex McGucken; aunt, Alison McGucken; great uncle, John Fresquez; and great aunt, Debbie (Tim) Jones.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Larry G. Fields.
Funeral Service will be held Friday, October 23, 2009 at 12:00 Noon at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Wallace Marshall officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 - 12:00 noon. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 1080 Nimitzview Dr. #208, Cincinnati, Ohio 45230
