James K. Smallwood, 67, of Middletown, died Monday, August 21, 2006, at Middletown Regional Hospital. He was born in Shelbyville, Kentucky on September 13, 1938 to parents James Orville and Mary (Harrod) Smallwood.
James is survived by his brother, William Smallwood of Franklin.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Interment will be at Woodside Crematory.
