Jared Lee Collins

Jared Lee Collins, 38, of Middletown, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2014, at his residence from complications of coronary artery disease. He was born in Middletown on June 2, 1975.

Jared was the owner/operator of Discount Rooter in Middletown.

Mr. Collins is survived by his sons, Trevor Collins, Dylan Collins, & Ashton Collins; mother, Deborah Collins-Sewell and step father Jerry Sewell; sister, Amy (Earl) Ballard; niece, Shelby Swain; nephew, Bentley Swain and maternal grandmother, Rosemary Williams.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry J. Collins; paternal grandmother, Ruth Tackett; paternal grandfather, Harold Collins; and maternal grandfather, Charles Williams.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 2, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
