Jewell Rukavina, 79, of Middletown, Oh died on Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013 Liberty of Middletown. She was born in Hazard, Ky. on Sept. 6, 1934 to parents Van & Myrtle (Shelton) Yancey. She is survived by two sons; Fred Blevins and Brian Blevins, one daughter Debborah Akers; one brother and three sisters and twelve grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Rukavina in 1998, a daughter Cynthia Malarkey, and her parents. Funeral service Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2013 at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home. Visitation from 10:00 am until time of service.
