John Sherman Smallwood, 33, of Middletown, died Saturday, January 6, 2018, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown on August 7, 1984.
Funeral Thursday, Jan 11th at 2:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior from 1 – 2 pm. Interment will be at Fairmound Cemetery.
