Kellen Lee Stephens, infant son of Michelle Stephens and Judha Watson , died Sunday, October 6, 2002 at Miami Valley Hospital.
He is survived by his parents; grandparents Richard & Linda Stephens, Sue Richter & Carl Schafer, and Debbie Watson; an aunt, Cecilia (Jammie) Howard; a cousin, Marissa Howard; great grandparents and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his great grandmother Rosella Richter.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 9, 2002 at 11:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita, with Chaplain Jackie Ward officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Woodside Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the HEAL Program, c/o Middletown Regional Hospital, 105 McKnight Dr., Middletown, OH 45044 Attn: Sheree Young.
