Kelly R. Cook, 56, of Monroe, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at home. He was born in Middletown on October 7, 1957.
Kelly was a graduate of Monroe High School and worked at AK Steel and as a union steward at General Electric.
Mr. Cook is survived by his son, Ryan Kelly Cook; daughter, Meghan Leah Cook; mother, Alice Willena Smallwood Cook; sister, Connie (Daniel) Duell; and 4 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Cook.
Funeral Service will be held Monday, November 4, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home, 5900 N. Highway 27, Science Hill, Kentucky. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 - 1:00 pm at Morris & Hislope. Interment will be at Double Springs Cemetery in Kentucky.
