Kenneth L. Elam

Kenneth L. "House Doctor" Elam, 85, of Middletown, died Saturday, December 3, 2016, at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. He was born in Menifee County, Kentucky on August 15, 1931 to parents William Dorsey and Lulubelle (Cottle) Elam.

Ken was a master barber and was the owner/operator of the House Doctor for over 50 years. He served his country in the United States Army.

Mr. Elam is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Warner) Elam; children, Kim Hartbarger, Kelly (Phil) Hubbard, Minor (Teresa) Elam & Kenneth Elam II; 1 brother; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers; and 1 sister.

Private Service will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties, 5940 Long Meadow Dr., Franklin, Ohio 45005.
