Kenneth W. Osborne, 82, of Trenton, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Kettering Health Hamilton. He was born in Thousandsticks, Kentucky on June 22, 1943 to parents, Purl and Marie (Sizemore) Osborne. He always stayed true to his birthplace as a UK fan and loved to say he "bleeds blue".
Kenneth was the owner/operator of Kott Inc. He loved to be outdoors, whether boating at Dale Hollow & Lake Cumberland or bird hunting. Kenneth enjoyed collecting guns and was quite the marksman. He loved gathering with his buddies and always had plenty of stories to tell. But he was also happy to hunker down with a good book. Every Sunday, Kenneth could be found "in Sunday School" with Reverend Billy Graham on TV.
Most of all, Kenneth loved his family and was always encouraging them to succeed. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Brenda S. (Clark) Osborne; children, Angie Osborne, Steven (Michelle) Poff, Melissa (Kenny) Pennington & Michael (Angie) Poff; sister, Carol Prater; brothers, David (Sue) Osborne & Don (Debbie) Osborne; brother-in-law, Greg (Judi) Clark; grandchildren, Lashea Webb, Brittany Poff, Dany Azwol, Jordan Damrell, Travis Tompkins, Cody Conley, Natalee Tompkins, Austin Rice, Amanda McGeorge, Brandon Poff, Rachel Draut, Zachary Poff, Ryan Decker & Hannah Harbaum; 19 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by two daughters, Michelle Gentry & Tina Conley; sister, Marilyn Osborne-Bach; and brothers-in-law, Ron Bach & Tom Prater.
Funeral Service will be Friday, July 25, 2025 at 12:00 noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Reverend Mark Jackson officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be at Miltonville Cemetery.
