Lisa Ann (Somerfield) Cummins, 46, of Monroe, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at her residence. She was born on June 10, 1966 in Middletown, the daughter of Thomas A. & Judy A. (Ernst) Somerfield.
Lisa was a graduate of Middletown High School and Kettering College of Nursing. Lisa's love was her two yorkies, Zoe & Riehle.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Cummins; son, Nicholas Cummins; parents, Judy & Thomas Somerfield; brother, John (Kim) Somerfield; sister, Deborah (Ben) Brooks; 3 nephews & 2 nieces.
A gathering of family & friends will be held Monday, April 15, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, followed by a memorial service at 7:00 pm at the funeral home with Father John Civille officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a college fund for her son, Nicholas. Please send contributions to Thomas Somerfield, 4802 Shannon Way, Middletown, Ohio 45042.
