Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson, 71, of Xenia, formerly of Middletown died Friday, October 2, 2009, at Hospice of Dayton. He was born in Erie, PA, on June 27, 1938 to parents Harry & Lela (Stone) Johnson.
Mark was a member of Middletown Dial Radio Club, his call sign was WD8DFK, Jefferson Lodge #90 F. & A.M., Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton and Loyal Order Of Moose #501.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his sons, Russell M.(Stephanie) Johnson and Randall M. Johnson; a daughter, Jodi L. Johnson , a brother; Lester (Carol) Johnson and grandchildren; Michael Green, Sierra Johnson, Brittany Johnson, Autumn Johnson, Irelyn Johnson; Monica Johnson and Hannah Cochran, great-grandchildren; Karlee Green; Shayla Johnson; Christian Johnson; and Harley Davis.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Nancy Lou (Beam) Johnson in 2000.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. Jefferson Lodge # 90 F. & A. M. and Scottish Ring services at 7:30 pm.

Funeral services private. Interment will be at Union Cemetery, Columbus, Ohio. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children 3229 Burnet Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45229-3095.
