Mary Carol Koch

Mary Carol Koch, 85, of West Chester, died on April 2, 2026 at Ohio's Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. She was born on May 20, 1940 in Covington, KY to George Joseph and Ellen (Skelton) Collins.

Carol was a great cook, loved to garden and play cards with friends. She was a devout Catholic and volunteered her time to many causes. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends.

Carol is survived by her husband of 64 years, Ronald J. Koch; daughter, Janet (Tony) Fink; son, Joseph (Wendy) Koch; daughter, Jennifer (Joe) Puthoff; son-in-law, Domenico Rossi; grandchildren, Kelly (Todd) Fink Boosinger, Ethan (Jesse) Fink, Jacob Fink, John (Hannah) Rossi, Domenico (Yeonwoo) Rossi, Jr., Alec (Taylor) Rossi, James (Racheal) Rossi, Marvin Koch, Gil Koch, Iris Puthoff, Claire Puthoff, George Puthoff; great grandchildren, Eli Boosinger, Nora Boosinger, Emmett Boosinger, Nico Rossi, Ro Rossi, Ceci Rossi, Matthew Rossi; brother, Paul Collins; brother, Michael (Diana) Collins and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Judith Rossi; grand daughter, Kali Koch; brother, Patrick (Frances) Collins.

Visitation will be Monday, April 13, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.) Middletown, OH.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Parish - St. John Church, 1405 First Ave., Middletown, OH with Father Terry Meehan officiating.

Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum.
