Michael Smallwood, 54, of Middletown, died Thursday, March 15, 2012, at home. He is the husband of Jacqueline Slifer Smallwood.
A Memorial service will be held Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 6:00 pm at Berachah Church, 1914 First Ave., Middletown with Pastor Chad Slifer officiating.
