Pauline B. Michael

Pauline B. "Polly" Michael, 88, of Middletown, died Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at her residence. She was born in Dayton on September 14, 1920 to parents Edward R. and Eva Jane (Griffey) Bach.

Polly worked for Sol. A. Finkelman Real Estate for over 40 years, retiring in 1982 and she was a Red Cross Volunteer in the 50's. She and her husband Mike truly enjoyed their life together.

Mrs. Michael is survived by her daughter, Cassie S. Michael; sisters, Joanne (Dale) Foreman, Barbara (Dr. John) Rudd and Inez Sells; nephews, Carl (Joyce) Michael and Robert Michael; and numerous other nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold K. "Mike" Michael in 2008; her parents; a brother, Orville L. Bach; and sisters, Hazel Ray and Marie Morgan.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, August 3, 2009 at 12:00 Noon at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Dr. Roger Green officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 - 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be at Germantown Union Cemetery.
