Peggy Bowman

Eureka "Peggy" Bowman, 85, of Middletown, died Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. She was born in Perry County, Kentucky on May 31, 1930 to parents G.B. and Bertha (Potts) Woods.

Peggy had worked for Hills for 25 years, retiring as a department head in 2002.

Peggy was devoted to her family and will be greatly missed by her sons, Buford A. (Deana) Bowman, David (Karin) Bowman & Billy Ray (Dawn) Bowman; daughters, Edna (Mark Cox) Repyneck, Rosa (Kenny) Smith, Rita Ratliff, Sharon Bowman, Stephanie (Morris) Thompson & Faye Elkins; brother, Howard Woods; sisters, Sue Bush & Inez Dapice; 18 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Cornelius Bowman; son, Lloyd W. (Patty) Bowman; parents; and 4 brothers & sisters.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 10:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
