Phyllis M. Eichhorn

Phyllis M. (Mann) Eichhorn, 67, of Middletown, died Tuesday, March 27, 2007, at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born in Middletown, on August 12, 1939 to parents Warnie and Persie (Campbell) Mann.

Mrs. Eichhorn is survived by two daughters, Sherry (Doug) LeForce of Middletown and Rhonda (Captain Jeff) Smith of Marco Island, FL; a son, Mark (Rhonda) Eichhorn of Germantown; her mother, Persie Mann of Middletown; two sisters, Carol (Frank) Caudill and Patricia (Troy) Richardson, both of Middletown; eight grandchildren, Lyndsay, Shannon, & Josh LeForce, Christopher Smith, Summer, Sarah, Rebecca, & Danny Eichhorn; and one great grandchild, Makenzie Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Eichhorn in 2005; and her father.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, April 2, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Reverend James Anderson officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, from 2:00-4:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
