Roger W. Conner, 66, of Middletown, died on June 16, 2026, at Ohio's Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. He was born on December 11, 1959, in Middletown, OH to William Hobert and Doris Jean (Risner) Conner.
Roger was the owner and founder of Flowers by Roger, Inc. He began his 50-year career, at the early age of fifteen, in the basement of his parents’ home all while attending Middletown High School. His list of accomplishments truly exemplifies his contagious enthusiasm and passion for life, laughter, family, friends, and his love of flowers. In 1977, after he was the recipient of The W.W. Sebald Self-Reliance Award, his career took off. He received national recognition as he appeared on ABC's Good Morning and his flower designs appeared and were featured in House Beautiful and Bride's Magazines. He served the floral industry with the same contagious passion as his community. Roger's dedication to his community was outstanding as he supported many organizations in Middletown.
