Ronald Rose

Ronald Rose, 77, of Somerville, died Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Wolfe County, Kentucky on March 27, 1940 to parents Rennie B. and Hazel (Lawson) Rose.

Ron had worked in the Masonry department at Armco/AK Steel for 25 years, retiring in 2003. Prior to that he had worked at Diamond International for 15 years.

Mr. Rose is survived by his wife, Marlene “Marti” (Guido) Rose; sons, John Pergram, Brian (Nicole) Pergram & Keith Rose, Paul (Laurie) Rose; daughters, Deborah (Alex) Rodriguez & Samantha (Jim) Griffith; sisters, Lois (Allie) Gross, Martha (Dan) Stone & Sue (Dan) Koon; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Sandra Rose.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
