Rosetta Gay Prichard

Rosetta Gay Prichard, 83, of Middletown, died Thursday, July 30, 2015, at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. She was born in Hitchins, Kentucky on October 15, 1931 to parents Charles and Eerie (Rice) Bartee.

Gay worked as a sales clerk at Big Lots.

Mrs. Prichard is survived by her son, Richard (Deborah) Prichard; daughters, Rita (Charles Rice) Prichard & Robin Prichard; brother, Gordon Bartee; grandchildren, Tracy Lynn Prichard, Chad Rice & Carrie Rice; and best friend forever, Shirley Sarver.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wade Allen Prichard in 2011; parents; brothers, Thomas, Bruce & Gary Bartee; and sisters, Fern Krause & Dorothy Gregory.

Memorial service will be held Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 7:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Chaplain Scott Mishler officiating. There will be a gathering of family & friends prior to the service from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
