Stephen P Hollihan, 55, of Middletown, Ohio died Thursday, February 21, 2013, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Glendale, California on March 30, 1957 to parents James and Faye (James) Hollihan.
Mr. Hollihan is survived by his parents; brother, James (Pam) Hollihan Jr.; nephew, Luke (Nicole) Ellis; and niece, Ricci Ellis. He was preceded in death by his sister, Vickie Sweet.
