Tammy G. Perry, 41, of Middletown, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017, at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on March 12, 1976.
Tammy was a member of Moraine Heights Baptist Church.
Ms. Perry is survived by her son, Zach Perry; parents, Patricia & Darin Gantt; brother, Andrew Gantt; best friend, George Humrick; and numerous loving aunts, uncles, & other family members.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown with Pastor Patrick Dellaria officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1:00 - 2:00 pm. Entombment will be at Woodside Mausoleum.
Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45206.
