Tim Smith
February 2, 1958 — May 12, 2002
Tim Smith, 44, of Middletown died Sunday, in May's Lick, Kentucky.
Tim loved motorcycles and worked as a motorcycle mechanic. He was a member of the Middletown Sportsman's Club.
Tim is survived by his father Thomas J. Smith; a son Mark P. Smith; brother David (Karen) Smith; sister Julie (Steve) Buchholz; and nieces Rachel Buchholz and Skylar Smith.
He was preceded in death by his mother Barbara (Hazelwood) Smith and a brother Thomas Smith.
Father John Civille will officiate the funeral service.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers a memorial donation be made to the charity of donor's choice.
